Mage's guild quests, they arent spells theyre SCROLLS one time use things, anyway all you'll ever need is one grand soul gem with a golden saint in it, you pop that in the enchanter's box, select constant enchantment, and pop in anouther crappier soulgem, (like a common soulgem with a ancestor ghost) and wham bam thank you enchanter you now have a constant enchantment item!
